NO SHOW/CANCELATION POLICY
ALL patients that do NOT inform us of inability to attend clinic within 4 hrs. of appointment WILL be charged the full rate, a failure to pay this may result in the next application to clinic being denied. New consultations over 15 mins late are classified as "NO SHOWS"
