I started out as a Fitness instructor in 2003, then qualified as a Personal Trainer with ACE (American Council on Exercise), after a years traveling in Australia and Asia .
I however could not satisfy my need for information so attended ACE again but this time in the USA, and completed their program for Orthopedic Exercise specialist, this mainly deals with post operative rehabilitation exercise, and injury rehabilitation.
Upon Completion I worked very closely with ROM (Range of Motion) sligo for over 5 years.
During this time I started my practice in physical therapy. This progressed to Osteopathic Medicine over a 7 year period, where I completed the first OCI (Osteopathic Council of Ireland) accredited Bachelors degree course in Osteopathic Medicine through the prestigious ICOM Cork.
This course was accredited through NESCOT Surrey and Kingston University where I received a 1st class honors degree in Osteopathic Medicine, and am now registered with the OCI (Osteopathic Council of Ireland)
